Krista's methods include Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Cognitive therapy, Family systems therapy, and Behavior therapy. She offers individual and family therapy, as well as anxiety education groups. Her approach focuses on empowering clients to break free from worry, avoidance, tension, frustration, compulsion, and panic. With compassion and empathy, Krista helps clients find self-love and personal acceptance, leading to thriving relationships and connections. She is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2005.

Acceptance & Commitment therapy involves identifying what is in the client's control and what they need to let go of that is outside of their control, and making changes to help them thrive in their life again.
Cognitive Therapy
Cognitive therapy involves learning to identify thoughts that contribute to anxiety or worry, and challenging them to help clients find success in their approach to how they think.
Family Systems Therapy
Family systems therapy involves acknowledging the dynamics of the client's family and making changes to support each other in the process, leading to growth in relationships and connections.
