Kris’ Camp/Therapy Intensive Programs, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1995 as a respite camp and therapy intensive for children and adults with autism, and their families. We strive to provide individualized therapy programs, often drawing on art, music, occupational, physical, and speech therapy disciplines. Parents are involved in setting therapy goals and interacting with therapists throughout the camp sessions. Our approach is competency-based and focuses on building relationships with a strong sensorimotor component and one-on-one therapist/child ratio. We recognize autism as a movement disorder and focus on providing the least to most amount of facilitation.
