Founded in 2003 by Nyanza Cook, the organization was inspired by her personal experience navigating the special education system. With expert knowledge in assessment, IEP design, and other aspects of special education, KPS4 Parents advocates have collectively represented hundreds of students and consumers with disabilities. The organization is based in Camarillo, CA, and serves individuals of all ages with special needs. Their mission is to ensure that all learners, regardless of individual need, receive a free and appropriate public education.
