He uses a trauma-informed approach and nonjudgmental stance to help clients process traumatic experiences and reduce psychological stress. Through the use of modalities such as EMDR, Kody assists people in increasing emotions, understanding, and perspectives that lead to healthy and helpful thoughts, behaviors, and interactions. He believes in the transformation process and the brain's ability to change, creating a powerful avenue for healing. Kody accepts individuals aged 18 and above and offers in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. He is passionate about helping clients uncover their inner resources and guiding them toward the life they want to live. With a kind, compassionate, and authentic approach, Kody strives to create a safe and supportive environment for his clients to heal and thrive.
