With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, Kiley creates a safe space for clients to explore their stories without judgment. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and individuals experiencing faith shifts or religious trauma. Kiley's counseling style is grounded in person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. She also incorporates mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and her background in exercise science to support clients' holistic growth—body, mind, and soul. Kiley is committed to helping clients find confidence, alignment, and wholeness, and is currently completing her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.
