Kids Included Together

Kids Included Together (KIT) is a nonprofit organization established in San Diego, CA, with a mission to equip child care professionals with the tools, support, and confidence to welcome children with disabilities and respond to behavioral needs with compassion. Founded in 1997, KIT has grown from a small grassroots effort into a national organization with international reach, positively impacting over 100,000 teachers and youth leaders across more than 600 organizations. They offer disability inclusion and behavior support training, with a focus on providing practical, flexible, and real-world solutions for child care and youth development systems. KIT's efforts have extended beyond California, reaching across 50 states and expanding to 15 countries, with a vision of creating a world where every child is understood, every provider is empowered, and every system reflects compassion and opportunity for all.
