The practice focuses on helping children and adolescents work through various issues, while also providing parents with realistic solutions for making parenting easier and less stressful. Keren uses an eclectic theoretical approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, Brief Solution-Focused techniques, and Adlerian principles. She also incorporates art and play therapy methods into her counseling sessions, and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. The practice serves families dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger management, stress, and other challenges. With 20 years of experience in private and school settings, Keren has a deep understanding of the needs of her clients and their families. She has presented at the Georgia School Counselor Association and conducted workshops on topics such as behavior management, family communication skills, and internet safety.
