Keren uses an eclectic theoretical approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, Brief Solution-Focused techniques, and Adlerian principles. She also incorporates art and play therapy methods into her counseling sessions, and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. The practice serves families dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger management, stress, and other challenges. With 20 years of experience in private and school settings, Keren has a deep understanding of the needs of her clients and their families.
