Kentucky Client Assistance Program (KyCAP) is a federally funded program authorized by the Rehabilitation Act. Our team provides advocacy services, information, referrals, and advice to individuals with disabilities in Kentucky. We help people seeking or receiving rehabilitation services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Office for the Blind, and Independent Living Centers. KyCAP assists individuals with disabilities in their efforts to reach a suitable vocational goal and gainful employment. Our team plays an important role in local workforce efforts, state rehabilitation planning, and services to students transitioning from school to work.
