Through our extensive experience, we have identified three core issues that are key to youth success: (1) ensuring students, especially those with special needs, receive the services they are entitled to; (2) recognizing the link between educational success and involvement in the criminal justice system; and (3) providing competent legal representation to children who become involved with the criminal justice system.
