About
She is trained in trauma-informed yoga and somatic work. When working with clients, Kendra utilizes an approach that includes the body, allowing individuals to access difficult burdens and emotional sensations. Her clients are motivated to explore their experiences to get to the root of their struggles and change maladaptive thinking and habits. Most feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their bodies and want to feel more grounded and aligned with who they are and what brings them joy. Kendra primarily uses interventions such as somatic experiencing, IFS, yoga, mindfulness, and other person-centered modalities. She aims to take a different approach that includes mind, body, and breath, specializing in treating anxiety and trauma while being connected and attuned to the person in her office.
