About
Kelsey specializes in working with teens and young adults to address self-esteem, self-efficacy, addiction, relationship conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties. She also works with adults to address addiction, relationship building, increasing communication skills, chemical use and behavioral concerns with their children, as well as helping them find balance in their own lives. Kelsey's approach focuses on building relationships and rapport with her clients, helping them feel more comfortable and trusting of the therapeutic process. She is uniquely qualified to provide counseling services that address both chemical dependency and mental health issues, holding her LADC and LPCC licenses. With almost 20 years of experience working in residential and outpatient settings, Kelsey opened her own private practice to provide individual and family counseling. She offers traditional face-to-face therapy sessions in her office and online through a video tele-counseling portal.
