Established in 2008 by Kelly Ritzman, the practice offers a sense of compassion to assist those in healing. Kelly, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience, specializes in sexual assault and domestic abuse victims/survivors, adjustment disorders, attachment issues, depression, and personality disorders. The practice provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to talk through their experiences and emotions. Kelly is knowledgeable and well-qualified in several specialties and is looking to help clients on their healing journey. She offers evening and some weekend sessions to fit clients' needs and tries to make the payment process painless by accepting major insurance and Medicaid, as well as offering flexible payment plans and reduced rates for uninsured clients. On a limited basis, cost-free counseling can be available to clients who meet certain requirements.
Insurance & payment
Ritzman Counseling Services accepts Aetna, Anthem, Avera Health Plan, Avera Health Plans, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna and Evernorth. They also offer reduced rates for uninsured clients and may work with clients on a flexible payment plan.
