The practice specializes in leadership and career development coaching as well as treating individuals, couples, and families. Kelly Rundle takes a very active approach with clients, giving them feedback, suggesting specific actions, and offering areas of focus between meetings. The focus is to collaborate in generating new ideas and solutions in response to life and work distress, to support growth and new possibilities. Kelly Rundle has a BA degree in psychology from the University of Montana and a MA degree from Bastyr University Leadership Institute of Seattle in Applied Behavioral Science- Systems Counseling. She is licensed in the state of Washington as a mental health counselor and certified as a chemical dependency professional, child mental health specialist, and ethnic minority mental health specialist. Kelly Rundle has worked in private practice, community mental health, and inpatient facilities treating various mental illness, mood disorders, and addiction issues. She is a Board Certified Executive coach and certified in many psychometric assessments, including Emotional Intelligence 2.0.
