About
With a focus on trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse, and anxiety, Kelly creates a collaborative and client-led approach to therapy. Drawing from various modalities, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and attachment theory, Kelly tailors her work to meet each client's unique goals. She also offers the option to integrate a faith-based lens into therapy, if desired. Kelly's goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate deep wounds or work to find their footing in life. With a compassionate and curious approach, Kelly is dedicated to helping her clients find what's possible and work towards greater clarity, connection, and peace.
