She provides in-person counseling and telehealth appointments across the state of Georgia. With a passion for helping others overcome their challenges, Kaylen works with women and youth dealing with trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. Her approach is integrated, utilizing aspects of insight-oriented, Cognitive Behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapies. She is also trained in EMDR therapy and offers a Christian, faith-integrated approach. During the first session, Kaylen explores the client's goals and identifies areas for treatment. Her down-to-earth and authentic approach creates a safe space for growth and healing. Kaylen is a member of the Georgia Christian Counselors Association and the Christian Trauma Healing Network. She is not currently accepting new clients but invites interested individuals to check her waitlist for potential openings.

Kaylen accepts Aetna, Anthem, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Quest Behavioral Health insurance plans. She also offers private pay rates for those without insurance or not wanting to file their insurance benefits.
