Kaycee Hair

With a background in working with a wide array of clients, Kaycee specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate hardships related to depression, anxiety, social anxiety, lack of motivation, and identity exploration. Her approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on adding new tools, sharpening existing ones, and shedding old ones that weigh clients down. Kaycee welcomes and accepts all walks of life and is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for her clients. She utilizes theoretical approaches such as solutions-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy to aid her clients in achieving their goals. Kaycee received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Bachelor's in Psychology from Auburn University. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, bullet journaling, yoga, and spending time with her friends, family, and chosen family.
