Kay specializes in anxiety, depression, sexual/gender identity, and relationship issues, empowering clients to step into their authentic selves with confidence and clarity. With a compassionate approach, Kay integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs. The practice serves individuals aged 16 and up, providing both individual and couples counseling as insurance allows. In-person sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, while telehealth sessions take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Kay's goal is to not only alleviate distress but also to empower clients to live authentically. Available for individuals aged 16 and up, with sliding scale fees ranging from $50-$100 per session.
Couples Counseling
Available for couples, with cash pay fees of $150 per session (1 hour sessions) as allowed by insurance.
Telehealth Sessions
Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays for individuals aged 16 and up.
