Kay's therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, ART, and EMDR. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and more. Kay strives to create a collaborative, compassionate, and empowering space where clients feel heard, supported, and capable of meaningful, lasting change.
