Their camps, Camp Anne and The Lodge, have been providing summer experiences to over 1,000 individuals for over 50 years. The camps are fully wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant, with locations in Ancramdale and East Jewett, NY. Their goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They strive to increase independence, provide new skills and experiences, and offer much-needed respite for family members. The camps are accredited by the American Camping Association and inspected annually by the New York State Department of Health and the New York City Department of Mental Health and Hygiene. Katy Isaacson and Elaine Gordon Lodge's summer camps aim to transform people's lives through the power of camping.
