Katina provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families addressing a wide range of concerns, including relationship issues, health diagnosis and challenges, spiritual trauma/abuse, adjustment issues, crisis, loss and grief, fears, depression, relational issues, negative self-talk, family conflict, and life transitions. Her approach is person-centered, strength-based, and collaborative, incorporating various theoretical backgrounds such as Psychoanalysis, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Existential Therapy. Katina's goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns, develop coping skills, and work towards healing and self-awareness. With a focus on the whole person, Katina considers physiological, environmental, psychological, cultural, and spiritual aspects of her clients' lives. She welcomes individuals of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, and specializes in trauma, anxiety, anger management, and career counseling. Katina's passion is supporting her clients in becoming the architects of their lives, and she strives to create a space where clients feel safe, brave, understood, respected, strong, important, and cared for.
