Founded in 2013 by Lisa Hillman, MSW, LCSW, CP, the practice began with a simple mission: to help more families access the mental health support they needed. With offices in Manalapan and Shrewsbury, they continue to support individuals, children, teens, and families throughout Monmouth County and beyond. Their commitment remains the same: creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported while receiving thoughtful therapist matching and personalized care. They offer a range of services, including child, teen, and family therapy, adult counseling, couples therapy, and group counseling, using various approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and more. Exceptional Wellness Counseling is a trusted resource for mental health support in the community.

Sessions are $185 Per Session, I accept insurance. Ask about sliding-scale fees if you're paying out of pocket.
