About
With over 14 years of experience, Katie Mason provides personalized support for anxiety, trauma, burnout, and emotional well-being in a warm, supportive environment. Blending the science of biofeedback with the art of holistic care, Sanghaal Holistic Recovery helps individuals regulate their body and renew their life. Katie Mason works closely with each individual to offer compassionate, personalized support, believing that real healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just what's happening emotionally or physically on the surface.
