She has experienced firsthand the uncertainty and difficulty that can come with navigating the various seasons of life and has learned the power of seeking therapy through her own life experiences. Heart and Hand Counseling seeks to foster meaningful connections with individuals and families, supporting and empowering them in their journey toward wholeness. Through therapeutic growth, clients are empowered to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop healthy coping skills.
