She has been practicing since 2005 and has a deep understanding of the complexity of the human mind. Green's approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe space for individuals to process their trauma, personality disorders, and generational trauma. She believes in honoring the pace and needs of each client, using a blend of structure, curiosity, and compassion. Green is trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and is a Certified EMDR therapist, as well as an EMDRIA-approved Consultant-in-Training. She continues to expand her understanding of dissociation through IFS-Informed EMDR trainings and is exploring certification in sex therapy with a specialization in kink. Green's goal is to help clients understand their patterns, reclaim their narratives, and reconnect with parts of themselves that trauma may have silenced. She believes that healing must include the full spectrum of human experience, including identity, intimacy, and embodiment. Green's practice is located in Jacksonville, FL, and she accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, AvMed, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and Evernorth, and Curative.
