Kate is a collaborative, non-pathologizing, weight-inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, trans and queer affirming, fat-affirming, and disability-justice-aligned therapist. She views therapy as a partnership and deeply trusts in her clients' innate wisdom. With her own lived experience with an eating disorder, Kate has worked with clients across a wide range of backgrounds and neurotypes, adjusting therapy to meet each person's unique needs. She believes that every way her clients have coped has been wise and is skilled at exploring what healing might look like for them. Kate incorporates harm reduction when needed and always works from a non-pathologizing framework.
