As a person-centered and strength-based therapist, Kate Barts utilizes techniques such as EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to support her clients. With a background in supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, Kate also works with clients on grief, codependency, burnout, and trauma recovery. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, as well as a certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist and play therapist. Kate's goal is to provide a safe and structured space for her clients to heal and work through their options. She is passionate about EMDR and has witnessed its life-changing effects on her clients. Kate is committed to empowering her clients and helping them move through life's challenges to get back to what brings them joy.

EMDR Consultation
Kate Barts provides 60-minute EMDR consultation sessions for EMDR-trained therapists working towards certification, offering feedback on clinical questions, resources, and ensuring adherence to the 8 phases with fidelity.
