With over six years of experience in public mental health, Karlinda has worked with diverse populations, including youth, adults, and families, to address their mental health needs. Her expertise spans individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as substance use treatment. Karlinda has received specialized training in treating depression, anxiety, conduct disorders, ADHD, and trauma, in addition to family relationships and parenting. She is also certified in Gottman Level 1 & 2 therapy. Karlinda's approach is centered around meeting each client where they are on their unique journey, providing support and guidance as they navigate life's challenges.
