Karen's approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and she is Level III trained in this modality. She also holds a Certification in Ecopsychology and has training in EMDR, cognitive behavioral techniques, and Compassionate Bereavement Care. Karen's work focuses on helping individuals and groups after loss, exploring the pitfalls, bridges, and possible healing pathways. She believes that health, fullness, and growth are always possible and operates from a framework that incorporates loss, lessons, and love in ways that offer growth, compassion, and healing.
