Karen Lam Kishiyama, DDS

Karen Lam Kishiyama DDS is a pediatric dentist with a unique background. She is originally from a Chinese-Vietnamese family and grew up in France until the end of high school. Dr. Lam obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the UCSF School of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She then completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at UCSF where she served as chief resident and received her specialty certificate. She is now a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a part-time teaching faculty member at the University of the Pacific, Dugoni School of Dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Lam loves to travel and explore new places, cultural events and culinary experiences. She is also multilingual, speaking French, Spanish and Vietnamese. At Karen Lam Kishiyama DDS, our goal is to provide patients and their families with the knowledge and advice they need to achieve optimal oral health. We strive to make dental visits a positive experience that sets children on the path to lifelong oral health.
