The Sanctuary for Grief, Trauma, & Life Transitions is a practice founded by Karen Grumme-Rodriguez, LCSW, ACHP-SW, to provide compassionate, strength-based therapeutic support in a safe space. Located in Fayetteville, AR, the practice focuses on companioning clients on their unique emotional journey, empowering them to lean into their circumstances and develop practical knowledge to move through the healing process with self-compassion and confidence. Karen utilizes a variety of evidence-based interventions to best meet the personalized therapeutic needs of each individual, with an emphasis on whole-person needs and reconciliation. The Sanctuary's mission is to support clients in finding their way, integrating healing and change through active engagement and intention, not just the passage of time.
