Kara S. Schmidt, PhD, LLC is a psychology practice based in Media, PA that provides assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of developmental disorders and neurological conditions such as ADHD, developmental language disorders, nonverbal learning disabilities, dyslexia, autism and pervasive developmental disorders, brain injuries, epilepsy, and genetically-based developmental disabilities. Our office serves clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York, and Dr. Schmidt has obtained her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has extensive clinical training in child neuropsychology which she completed at Boston University Hospital / Child Neuropsychology Service, NYU North Shore University Hospital / Neuropsychological Services, and the Neurology Department at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Dr. Schmidt is a Pennsylvania Certified School Psychologist and is licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
