Kaitlyn's practice specializes in testing and evaluation, as well as working with individuals experiencing problematic or unhealthy sexual behaviors. She also conducts psychosexual and psychological evaluations. In her practice, Kaitlyn adapts her therapeutic approach to best fit the needs of her clients, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. Her goal is to establish a strong rapport with each client by providing a judgment-free space where they can identify their strengths and work together to meet their goals and build healthy practices.
