About
Their mission is to be a leading catalyst for youth and families to transform their outlook and build resilience. FLYY uses a distinctive trauma-informed framework to support long-term success, one that is grounded in four fundamental components. They offer a range of services, including individual therapy, individual skill development, psychoeducation, and parent psychoeducation. Their team works hard to meet people exactly where they're at, using a modern, recovery-based approach and relationship-based support services in partnership with Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). FLYY's approach is informed by their original wilderness program, which was developed over a decade ago. They continue to work with youth in all types of situations, using the external environment, experiential learning, and a culturally responsive lens to transform the outlook of participants, develop coping skills, and build resilience.
