As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor, she helps teens and adults, especially women between 35–45, heal from grief, trauma, and anxiety through a holistic and functional wellness approach. Vance's approach is individualized, root-cause oriented, and spiritually grounded, integrating techniques such as EMDR, functional wellness strategies, nervous system regulation, and holistic mind-body-spirit healing practices. She works with clients navigating grief and loss, childhood or complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and panic, depression, low self-worth and shame, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress or burnout. Vance's practice is located in Dublin, Ohio, and she offers private-pay only therapy sessions, available in-person and virtually to clients throughout Ohio.
