Juliet Onufrak, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, perfectionism, burnout, and performance-related stress, particularly those in competitive academic or athletic environments. Juliet specializes in helping athletes and high-achieving individuals manage pressure while maintaining confidence and balance. The practice serves clients throughout northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Burke, Centreville, Falls Church, Oakton, Chantilly, Reston, and its surrounding areas. Juliet's approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and developmentally focused, and she is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Coping–CBT (CC-CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and play-based interventions.
