She uses a trauma-informed approach, focusing on the whole person, and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients make small changes leading to long-term positive results. Services are available in-person and through telehealth options, accommodating individuals aged 17 and older. Julie's expertise includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, chronic illness, and other concerns, such as career changes, grief, and relationship conflict.
