I’m particularly drawn to supporting clients who are coping with complex trauma, life transitions, relational challenges, self-harm, grief, and ambiguous loss. Being a therapist, the aspect I find most meaningful in my work is co-creating a therapeutic space that fosters the expansion of the mind, the healing of trauma, along with the development of new relational and behavioral patterns that allow you to establish a healthy fulfilling relationship, both with others and within yourself. At the heart of my work is a commitment to co-creating a therapeutic space where healing, curiosity, and growth can be cultivated. I draw from psychodynamic and relational frameworks, while also incorporating modalities such as CBT and ACT to tailor the therapy to match your needs and preferences. At the Philadelphia Center for Psychotherapy, it's very important to us that you feel safe in therapy, so we will work together to create a space that feels authentic and welcoming to you.
