He has over 44 years of experience working in mental health and is licensed as a psychologist in several states, including Vermont, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, and Texas. Dr. Donnelly's areas of expertise include adoption consultation, attachment evaluation, autism spectrum disorder evaluation, and more. He is also trained in various assessment tools and techniques, such as the ADI and ADOS-II. Dr. Donnelly is available for weekend and evening appointments and frequently travels to accommodate the needs of those being evaluated. He is often requested to offer expert witness testimony in State and Federal Courts. Dr. Donnelly and his partner of 40 years have raised three adult children and enjoy various leisure activities, including track & field events, rowing, cycling, ocean kayaking, and trail running.
