I've been able to support people through relationship changes, job transitions and loss of loved ones. My ideal client is looking to change something in their life and have freedom to be themselves. When you feel good on the inside life goes better. If you don't feel good call me. I use EMDR to help people with high anxiety, any kind of trauma and limiting beliefs. Because EMDR is brain based you will quit coping and be able to feel differently on the inside. Your self talk changes and life gets easier. Many people report EMDR is much faster than previous therapy they have had.
