Uplift Youth & Family Counseling Services, led by Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Jessica Rachelle Nadeau, specializes in treating youth (ages 12-19), individual adults, and families. They have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, truancy, issues specific to the LGBTQ+ community, including gender dysphoria-related concerns. Their mission is to restore hope, harmony, and emotional health to individuals and families through strength-based approaches and evidence-based practices. Jessica has a strong passion for working with teens, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, and provides a safe space for them to process emotions and events, explore their identity, and practice new skills. The practice offers in-person and telehealth sessions, available to individuals located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. They are committed to meeting clients where they are at and holding unconditional positive regard for them.
