About
Jessica Bahr, MA, LMFTA, provides individual, couples, and family therapy services. She values her ability to treat a wide range of client systems and presenting problems. Her approach is grounded in narrative theory, which understands reality to be socially constructed. Jessica welcomes all members of the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities. She also has training in integrating spirituality into therapy upon client request. Jessica's commitment to anti-oppression and accountability is evident in her personal and ethical duty to stand with her BIPOC clients and with marginalized communities as a whole. She continually monitors herself for transgressions and recognizes that mistakes can be made. Jessica's therapy practice serves the Seattle, WA area and offers services for individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in working with clients who have ADHD, LGBTQ+ concerns, and anxiety. Jessica's approach is non-judgmental, attuned, and welcoming, providing a safe space for clients to explore, re-work, and write new stories in a way that is more affirming, aligned, and that helps them feel safe.
