Jenny provides tailored support through substance use counseling and trauma-informed therapy, partnering with clients to address these areas together and help them build on their strengths and values. Recognizing that addiction and mental health issues are complex and influenced by various factors, Jenny uses an individualized approach for each person. She is trained in Brainspotting therapy for children and adults, a powerful brain-body based approach for treating trauma and other symptoms.
