Rocky Mountain Trauma Recovery & Consultation is a trauma-focused therapy practice with deep expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) —an evidence-based, integrative approach proven to help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and other overwhelming life experiences. Jennifer Sorensen, the practice's lead therapist, is a certified EMDR psychotherapist, an EMDRIA approved EMDR consultant, and has extensive training in treating trauma. She and her team specialize in trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on EMDR therapy, and meet each client with respect, curiosity, and a deep belief in their capacity for change. The practice is located at 45 West Main Street Court Suite 255, Alpine, Utah 84004, and offers office hours from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
