With locations in Smithfield and Johnston, Rhode Island, the practice offers unique approaches to dealing with everyday stress and long-term solutions to improve mental and physical well-being. Jennifer specializes in using science and a candid approach to work with her patients, incorporating multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered therapy. Her goal is to understand each individual's needs and develop a personalized plan for their therapy. At Polaris Counseling & Consulting LLC, patients are encouraged to address their own concerns, and sessions are tailored to meet their unique needs.
