About
Jennifer L. Bristow Cain is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma, providing therapy for children, teens, and adults in Owasso and the greater Tulsa area, or by telehealth across Oklahoma. With over 20 years of experience, she helps individuals and families navigate life's most intense and defining moments, from first breaths to final goodbyes, and everything in-between. Jennifer believes in hope as a decision, not just a feeling, and empowers her clients to take control of their lives by facing what's not working and choosing to do something different. Her areas of focus include anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, family stress and parenting, and children and teens. She also offers Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Jennifer's goal is to help her clients find room to breathe, fight back, and rest, and to create a safe and stable environment for healing and growth.
