With expertise in areas such as ADHD, Borderline Personality (BPD), Infidelity, Internet Addiction, and Life Transitions, Jennifer provides individualized therapy sessions in person or through telehealth. Her approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and includes modalities such as IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Jennifer's goal is to meet clients where they are and provide therapy tailored to their needs and goals. She also offers clinical supervision to Clinical Social Workers working towards their independent license in Iowa. With a trauma-informed approach, Jennifer creates a safe space for individuals to heal and achieve their therapy goals. Evening and Saturday appointments are available upon request, in addition to daytime availability.
