She takes an integrative approach, incorporating modalities like CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and EMDR. Jeanne also uses movement as a means of regulating emotions and adjusting mindsets, drawing from her background as a former collegiate and professional athlete. At Ascend Counseling Services, clients can expect a strengths-based approach that fosters growth and self-discovery. With her expertise in trauma, performance anxiety, and chronic pain, Jeanne utilizes EMDR to help clients heal emotional wounds.
