Founded in 1987, the practice is dedicated to helping adults with developmental differences and disabilities live life on their own terms. They provide educational, vocational, social, and supported living services to their members. JCHAI's member-centered support model empowers neurodiverse adults to set a course for their future and define the type of lives they want to live. With a focus on personalized programs and services, JCHAI helps their members live life with intention, purpose, and fulfillment. In 2024, JCHAI celebrated a new affiliation with the Association for Adults with Developmental Disabilities (AADD), increasing their number of members served to over 300. They are guided by a shared Board of Directors and are committed to providing current and future AADD and JCHAI members with even more opportunities to thrive.
