Janette Beverley is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with individuals struggling with overwhelming emotions, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. She focuses on the whole person—emotionally, psychologically, and relationally—and uses techniques such as EMDR, ACT, and EFT to help clients better understand the deeper patterns that shape their thoughts and behavior. Janette is a certified EMDR and EFT individual/couples counselor and has a unique approach that incorporates music as an affect management skill. She serves clients throughout the Treasure Valley, spanning from Boise to Ontario, and is located in a beautifully restored historic building in Nampa, Idaho. Janette's goal is to empower her clients with the insight, emotional resilience, and skills necessary to live a more fulfilling life.
