I help children learn skills to cope with anger, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral issues while supporting parents in gaining a better understanding of their child/adolescent's behavior. For the past 13 years I have provided support to families with children with special needs, including autism. My other specialties with children include depression, anxiety, parenting support, co-parenting and families coping with separation/divorce, reunification counseling, reactive attachment disorder, and ADHD. I utilize play therapy techniques to assist children in communicating emotions and working through difficulties in therapy. I am trained to help with severe behavioral issues as well as adolescent self-harming behaviors. In addition, I have experience facilitating numerous groups for children and adolescents.
